Get Outdoors Nevada Day is being held
May 2 - 3, 2020
at Boulder City's Spring Jamboree!
The Best Outdoor Exhibiting Experience In Nevada
At Get Outdoors Nevada Day, exhibitors are highly visible with opportunities to present information and activities to a large audience of adults and children. Whether it’s biking, fishing, hiking, yoga, kayaking, camping, volunteering to beautify the community around them, or learning about the area’s natural places and conservation, visitors can meet with businesses and organizations, discovering recreation opportunities available across Nevada.
We expect an audience of 30,000 - 40,000 at the 2020 Boulder City event.
Please come join us and share your exciting interactive exhibit. We look forward to having you participate and engaging with our wonderful community.

Returned Check Fee
If you pay by check and it bounces, along with the fee that your bank charges you, our bank charges us too. You agree to pay a Returned Check Fee of $25.00 for any check or other instrument for payment each time it is returned unpaid. Also, returned payments result in an automatic disqualification of your application.
Fees include a $25 non-refundable registration fee. If you cancel prior to April 1st, your fee minus the $25 will be returned to you. Any cancellations after April 1st are not refundable and there are NO exceptions. All monies are committed at the time they are received to the promotion and presentation of this event.
A replacement exhibitor will only be accepted upon prior approval from Get Outdoors Nevada.
If an exhibitor is in any violation of a Get Outdoors Nevada or Get Outdoors Nevada Day or event policy, Get Outdoors Nevada may choose to close the exhibitor booth/area and no refund of fees will be given.
Weather Cancellation Policy
This event will be held rain, snow, or shine! At outdoor events, we suggest to bring your own canopy with walls and 50-pound weights per leg or work out canopy sharing with your booth partner. Tent STAKING IS PROHIBITED. Canopies, tables and chairs are available for rent from CPR Tents & Event Rentals.
Events MAY be canceled due to conditions beyond our control, including EXCESSIVE/HAZARDOUS inclement weather or weather that has been declared a state emergency. If an event is canceled AFTER logistical, insurance and advertising arrangements have been made, we will try to do our best to give a partial refund, but may not be able to give any rebate. Fees will not be applied to future events; this is due to the fact that booth fees are allocated for event planning.
An event may be canceled on the spot due to EXCESSIVE/HAZARDOUS weather conditions. In such case, NO refunds or credits will be issued.
If inevitable excessive inclement weather is expected, it is your responsibility to check this website for any updates and/or your email address. Cancellation of an event is at the sole discretion of Get Outdoors Nevada and/or event space property management and such decisions will be final.
